The lathe spindle is the core component of the lathe used for processing and polishing workpieces. It is used to process lathe materials, and its stability and durability are highly valued by the manufacturing industry. After selecting and purchasing some high-quality and wear-resistant lathe spindles, attention becomes very important during use and maintenance after shutdown. So, how to maintain these lathe spindles after they are put into operation?
1. Ensure appropriate fuel in the container during use
The lathe spindle rotates continuously during the grinding process of the workpiece and must be operated using liquid circulation lubrication method. Then, according to this working principle, it is necessary to always pay attention to the constant temperature oil tank of the spindle in the lathe. When the lubricant level is found to be lower than the warning pipeline, the operator must promptly add the lubricant to the oil tank of the lathe spindle to ensure that the lathe equipment continues to operate stably.
2. Pay attention to the wear on the lathe spindle
Due to the fact that the lathe mold is a vulnerable part, after a long period of lathe operation, the lathe spindle will inevitably wear out. If the lathe spindle is worn to a certain extent, the operator must pay attention to taking it out for replacement. If the wear has reached a level that cannot be used, the operator needs to replace the branded lathe spindle.
3. During the lathe process, be careful not to polish workpieces with perfect materials
Each type of lathe spindle has its own bracket to customize the material of the lathe workpiece. If the model is not suitable, once the operator is forced to use the workpiece used for grinding materials, it will cause damage to the lathe spindle and even the lathe equipment. Therefore, the operator should strictly inspect the lathe parts during use to avoid encountering some inconsistent items on the lathe.
